1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. The site contains fictional content intended for mature audiences. We don't knowingly collect or store data from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, it will be permanently closed.

3. Your Account

• Keep your login details private. You're responsible for all activity on your account.
• Display names must not contain hate speech, slurs, sexually explicit terms, references to illegal activity, or political campaigning. We may reset or suspend any name that violates this.
• We may suspend, restrict, or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
• You can delete your account anytime through your Account page. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data, comments, votes, and subscription records.

4. Code of Conduct

While using this site, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users.
• Post or share content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit involving real persons.
• Spam, flood, or post repetitive or nonsensical comments.
• Impersonate other users, moderators, or the site owner.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the site.
• Use automated tools or scripts to scrape content, spam votes, or artificially inflate engagement.
• Violate the terms of any third-party services linked from this site (JanitorAI, Discord, PayPal, Payhip).

This site links to or integrates with JanitorAI, Discord, PayPal, and Payhip. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Memberships and Payments

• Membership subscriptions are processed securely through PayPal. We never see or store your full payment details.
• Subscriptions are recurring and billed automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime through your Account page or PayPal. Your VIP access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
• Upgrading from Traveler to Transmigrator cancels the lower tier and starts a new billing cycle at the higher price. Remaining Traveler days are forfeited.
• We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Changes won't affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle.

8. Nature of Membership

This is a hobbyist project. I'm a single creator writing stories and building bots in my spare time. Membership fees are voluntary support for a hobbyist, not payments for a commercial content subscription with guaranteed delivery.

• Your subscription gives you access to content that already exists at the time of payment.
• There is no guaranteed posting schedule. New chapters and bots are created when I'm able. I may go through periods where no new content appears, due to health, creative blocks, or personal circumstances.
• No refunds for quiet months. Your subscription supports the work I've already done and helps me continue when I can.
• If I decide to stop creating entirely, I'll give advance notice and recommend everyone cancel before the next billing date.
• By subscribing, you acknowledge you're supporting a hobbyist creator on a best-effort basis, not buying a guaranteed content schedule.

9. Refund Policy

• All membership payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues until the billing period ends, and you aren't charged again.
• No refunds are given for lack of new content during any billing period (see Section 8).
• If you accidentally bought the same plan twice, contact me and I'll refund the duplicate.
• For technical issues with downloads (corrupted files, broken links), reach out and I'll fix it.
• Chargebacks filed without contacting me first may result in immediate account termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• We aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, loss of access, or distress related to fictional content.
• Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds include violating these terms, abusive behavior, chargeback abuse, or any activity that harms the site or its community.

If your account is terminated for violating these terms, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription time.

12. Privacy

We collect only what's needed to run your account (email, display name, subscription status). We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
